There are two basic kinds of ingredients, foods and seasonings.

  • tomatoes
  • chicken stock
  • fruit juices (pomegranate, blueberry, apple)
  • rice drink
  • cream
  • half and half
  • olive oil
  • fig balsamic vinegar

The ADHD Chef’s favorite seasonings:

  • Indian Spices
    1. Garam Masalas
    2. Cumin (jeera)
    3. Corriander Seed
    4. Turmeric (hing)
    5. Curry Powders
    6. Methi (Fenugreek)
    7. Cinamon
  • Morrocan Spice Mix
  • Tarragon
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Fresh Nutmeg
  • Fresh Mint
